We are delighted to announce that Keystones is now an accredited Living Wage Employer! This means that every member of staff working for Keystones will earn a real Living Wage or higher.

Over 12,000 organisations, including Keystones, voluntarily choose to pay the real Living Wage because we believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.

Training Placement Opportunities at Keystones - We are now Full for 2023-2024

Keystones is a Supported Accommodation company in North Bristol. We work with adults of working age (18-65) who have a range of significant and enduring mental health needs; predominantly diagnoses of Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, and Dual Diagnosis. We also work with service users who have an Autistic Spectrum Condition and Learning Difficulties.

Our service user group can find it difficult to access therapies for a number of reasons, so we have employed therapists since 2013 (a Psychotherapist, an Art Psychotherapist and a Drama Psychotherapist) so all our service users have access to 1:1 sessions and groups as part of their placement.

We offer a holistic and trauma informed approach, and the team is made up of a diverse and highly skilled group of Mental Health Workers and the Management Team.
