I feel Keystones is a very nice and helpful place. There is always advice when you need it. I find the house meal every week and the support I have with budgeting very helpful. The house residents are nice and I really feel I’ve made friends with everyone here. I’m more well now than when I first moved in.

I enjoy living here. I was initially living in a Keystones shared house and I had loads of support and got helped all the way in getting a flat with a nice garden. It’s a helpful place for people who need care. Thanks for all your help!

I feel the service has helped me a lot – I’m more independent. I was in hospital for 3 years, so Keystones has stopped me from being so institutionalised. It has kept me busy. The staff and other residents are really friendly and I have lots of laughs. I feel being here has improved my mental health. I go to the gym, play badminton, go on trips, go swimming, go to the cinema. I’m also working towards vocational work and learning gardening and planting.

Keystones is eventful and there are lots of different people with different problems. I’ve built a good relationship with my key worker and we get on well.

I feel that I am a lot better than I was before moving to Keystones. In my last placement, the standard of accommodation was really poor in comparison. I am much more independent here, the staff help me with whatever problems I have and the people I live with are very nice too. I’m very active – I work, and go to the gym. I’d say I’ve definitely made progress and really feel a lot happier than I was.
