Staff & Structure
Keystones employ experienced support staff, utilising knowledge and skills from a range of relevant backgrounds (psychology, counseling, community mental health, occupational therapy and teaching) to form a committed, diverse and passionate team.

Staff offer regular support and care both one-to-one and as part of a small group.
This is structured through individual weekly planners and monthly/weekly worksheets which focus on the specific needs identified in the care plan and ongoing internal reviews between staff and service users.
Successful planned move on is the ultimate goal, and Keystones aims to be cost effective by offering move on flats to eligible service users.
Support staff work Monday - Friday (10am-6pm) and 3-4 hrs a day on weekends/bank holidays at each of our supported houses.
A 24 hr emergency care call-out service is available plus nightly security visits at each house every evening. There is also an additional 24 hr security call-out provision for rare security emergencies.
Referrers have found the level of support/care to be effective even for higher needs service users accustomed to hospital or residential/24 hour care and our continued success with these groups reflect this.
