Our congratulations go out to one of residents for receiving the first "Keystones Certificate of Attendance"

This week marked a new phase at Keystones where resident(s) are invitied to sit in and ask questions during the interview process for new staff.
One of our residents made a great contribution to the interview process and their feed back was taken on board in the selection of new staff members.

Ultimately all staff will be working with all of our residents at some time and it seems only fair that they should have some say in the new staff that are employed.

We feel that this has been a valuable experience both for ourselves as an organisation and for the resident who attended.

To mark this occasion a "Certificate of Attendance"  has been awarded.
