Mental Health Support Worker 
Keystones are recruiting for 2 Full Time posts. We are looking for warm, dedicated, and skilled individuals to join our dynamic, supportive, multi-disciplinary team. We support adults with significant mental health needs, living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. 
We work closely on individual care plans and goals to help service users achieve stability/recovery, connection and purpose.  The role will involve working with service users in a Trauma Informed way, to improve wellbeing and facilitate positive change.  

Previous experience is essential (at least 1 year in mental health care or in the field of addiction) and a relevant qualification advantageous.  

·    Working hours are 10am – 6pm (no evenings) 

·    Plus every other weekend (3 hours, paid in addition to salary) 

·      £28,000 increasing to £29,135.55 per annum after 3-month induction (Pro Rata)   

·      Ongoing training and supervision provided 

·    Benefits include; pension, end of year bonus, incremental pay increase at 3 and 5 years of service, personal wellbeing benefits, increased annual leave for long term service.

UWE Social Work Placements

From September 2025 we will be facilitating 2nd year (70 day) Social Work Placements for UWE undergraduate students.

Placements are allocated by UWE placement coordinators.
