Service Manager
Keystones are recruiting for 1 full time Service Manager post. We are looking for a warm, dedicated, resilient and skilled individual to join our dynamic and supportive team.

We support adults with significant mental health needs, living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. The successful applicant will join our experienced management team, shaping the service in line with our values and vision.

We have a multi-disciplinary team of Mental Health Workers and Therapists, offering 1:1 mental health and tenancy support, groups and activities in the community. The role will involve working with service users in a Trauma Informed way, to improve wellbeing and facilitate positive change.

 We value our team and prioritise creating a supportive and rewarding working environment.
Previous experience is essential and a relevant qualification advantageous.

Working hours are 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
£40,000 per annum

Ongoing training and supervision provided
·

Mental Health Support Worker 
Keystones are recruiting for 1 Full Time post. We are looking for warm, dedicated, and skilled individuals to join our dynamic, supportive, multi-disciplinary team. We support adults with significant mental health needs, living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. We work closely on individual care plans and goals to help service users achieve stability/recovery, connection and purpose.  The role will involve working with service users in a Trauma Informed way, to improve wellbeing and facilitate positive change.  Previous experience is essential (at least 1 year in mental health care or in the field of addiction) and a relevant qualification advantageous.  

£26,250 increasing to £28,235.55 per annum after 3-month induction 
(Pro Rata)

·         Working hours are 10am – 6pm (no evenings) 

·         Plus every other weekend (3 hours, paid in addition to salary)

  ·         Ongoing training and supervision 

·         Benefits include; pension, end of year bonus, incremental pay increase at 3 and 5 years of service, personal wellbeing benefits, increased annual leave for long term service.

UWE Social Work Placements

Placements are allocated by UWE placement coordinators.
