Available 1:1 or in a group. Art therapy can be a helpful way to express yourself. Sessions take place in our Art Studio, where you can use a range of art materials to create images and explore your emotions with an experienced therapist. We also have an upcycling group where clothes and furniture can be repurposed.
Available 1:1 only. A talking therapy that can help you explore thoughts, feelings and difficulties which are affecting your mental health.
Available 1:1 or in a group. Dramatherapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses creative action methods (stories, movement, role play, improvisation, discussion, art, music) to express yourself, with guidance from an experienced therapist. Creative writing sessions are also available.
Women's Nature Group
A closed group which uses creative methods to connect with nature and each other ; mindfulness, poetry, creative writing, and the senses.
Available 1:1 only. A structured approach to exploring your voice hearing experience in detail, and then looking at ways to understand, process and manage these experiences in day to day life.
Available 1:1 only. Take and develop your own pictures, choosing subjects that are meaningful for you in the local community. We have a small dark room in the Art Studio where photos can be developed.
