Join our team

Hannah

MD

Hannah joined Keystones as a Manager in 2014 and spent some time as a MHW before this. Hannah became a Director in 2021 and is passionate about Service Development and has a particular interest in supporting people with Psychosis. Hannah is also the Trauma Informed Lead.

Michelle

MD

Michelle set up Keystones in 2006 with the original Directors​. Michelle is an experienced manager with a focus on Service Development, Training and supporting the Wellbeing of Service Users and Staff. 

Naomi

Director (retired)

Naomi retired in 2023 after a long career in the Mental Health Field, and setting up Keystones in 2006. ​Naomi is still involved in Mentoring the Management Team and pops in to the office often. 

Paul

Housing, IT and finance manager

Paul joined Keystones in 2014 as a MHW and has experience in therapeutic work and IT. Paul joined the office in 2017 and now manages the finances and has set up 'KIP' (Keystones Information Portal) for the team to record the good work they do with Service Users. Paul also oversees our housing. 

Dave

Service manager

Dave joined Keystones as a MHW in 2011, and joined the management team in ​2016. Dave oversees our housing as well as supervising our MHW and supporting Service Users to manage their placements. 

James

assistant service manager

James joined Keystones in 2015 as a MHW and joined the management team in 2023. James is qualified as an OT and oversees referrals as well as supporting the other managers with running the service. 

Jacquline

senior administrator

Jacqui joined Keystones in 2021 and uses her excellent organisational skills to support the team and Service Users. Jackie helps oversee our housing tenancies, supports Service Users with benefit applications, answers our phones and much more.

Ruby

Administrator

Ruby joined Keystones in 2022 and supports the team and Service Users with a wide range of tasks​. Ruby helps with budgeting, medication deliveries, organising trips and events, and occasionally uses her Drama degree to support the drama group. Ruby is also joint Staff Wellbeing lead with Kelly. 

Mostafa

finance assistant

Mostafa joined the team in 2024 and supports Paul with Finances and IT. Mostafa has a background in Engineering Mathematics

Kerrigan

art therapist

Kerrigan has been supporting our Service Users since 2014, through 1:1 therapy, Art Group and Upcycling group. Kerrigan also offers therapeutic sessions in the community for those who struggle to access formal therapy, and helps make Art work for the houses. ​Kerrigan also Mentors our trainee Therapists.

Beth

drama and movement therapist

Beth started at Keystones as a MHW, trained as a drama psychotherapist and then took on a therapy role in the service in 2015​. Beth offers 1:1 sessions and has facilitated several groups; drama, creative writing, movement, and nature connection. Beth also mentors our trainee Therapists.

Chris

evening ​Mental HEalth Worker

Chris joined the team in 2013 and is multi-talented ​as is reflected in his varied role. Chris maintains our CCTV systems, runs our popular music group and offers some evening support with a focus on sleep hygiene.

Kelly

Mental HEalth Worker

Kelly joined Keystones in 2006 and has been part of Keystones evolution ​from a small company to a much bigger one! Kelly's wealth of knowledge about our Service Users makes her a strong asset to the team. Kelly is also joint Staff Wellbeing Lead with Ruby.

Anna

Mental HEalth Worker

Anna has worked in the Mental Health field for most of her career, working in forensic services for many years. Anna joined us in ​2016. Anna is great at motivating Service Users to access the community and look after their physical health.

Stephen

Mental HEalth Worker

Stephen has over 30 years experience supporting people with complex mental health needs and joined us in 2016. ​Stephen is a keen gardener and helps improve the Keystones gardens and encourage Service Users to connect with nature in this way.

Amber

Mental HEalth Worker

Amber joined Keystones in 2020 and helped us navigate the pandemic! Amber is very skilled in providing empathic support and is currently completing her Counselling Psychology doctorate alongside her work.

Cassie

Mental HEalth Worker

Cassie joined the team in 2016 and has previous experience supporting Service Users with complex mental health needs and LD in the community.

Lizzie

Mental HEalth Worker

Lizzie has a wealth of experience including being a registered manager for an LD service. Lizzie joined Keystones in 2019​, and in addition to her MHW role, helps us ensure we are offering clear and accessible information. Lizzie is also trained in Level 1 British Sign Language.

Martin

Mental HEalth Worker

Martin has 18 years experience in the mental health field and joined us in 2016. Martin runs the Pool Group and the Healthier Eating Group. He supports Service Users to access the community and other services .

Louisa

Mental HEalth Worker

Louisa has worked in the mental health field for many years, including residential care. Louisa joined the team in ​2020, and is skilled in supporting those with complex needs.

Simon

Mental HEalth Worker

Simon joined the team in 2020. He previously worked for 10 years as a GP referral gym instructor, supporting individuals and groups with physical and mental health needs through exercise. Simon gained further mental health experience through peer support. He promotes the value in the benefits of active daily living, linking body and mind and accessing the community to improve wellbeing. 

Zoe

Psychotherapist

Zoe completed an Msc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy alongside her MHW role, and now works as a therapist at Keystones. Zoe joined the team in 2022 and previously worked at Bristol MIND.

Joao

Mental HEalth Worker

Joao joined Keystones in 2022 and worked in MH and LD services for a few years prior. ​Joao was also a chef for several years, so is in demand to cook the weekly House Meals for Service Users. Joao also runs our Football Group.

Mel

Mental HEalth Worker

Mel joined the team in 2023, after working in MH services in London. ​Mel is training to be a counsellor alongside her MHW role, and is interested in Trauma Informed Approaches, the Cycle of change model for addiction, and the affect being from a minority ethnic group can have on people's mental health journey.

Danny

Mental HEalth Worker

Danny joined the team in 2024​ and has previous experience as a Supported Housing Worker, helping people to manage tenancies and signposting to a wide range of services.

Muschtaq

Mental HEalth Worker

Muschtaq joined Keystones in 2024 and has previous experience as both a Care Assistant and Mental Health Worker. She also has a BSc (Hons) Psychology

Noah

Mental HEalth Worker

Noah joined us in 2024 ​after working in the Mental Health Field for several years and then completing his BSc (Hons) Psychology

Owen

Mental HEalth Worker

Owen joined Keystones in 2024, and has had experience working in several other supported accommodation services. Owen has also worked as a landscaper and has an interest in connecting with nature.

Sarah

Mental Health Worker

Sarah is our newest team member and joined us in 2025. Sarah has a background in research

Frank

Maintanence

Frank is our very busy and friendly maintenance person. ​Frank joined us in 2023 and makes our houses functional and homely; repairing breaks and decorating rooms. Frank is also a talented illustrator 

Ania

cleaner

Ania has been cleaning our Keystones houses for over 10 years, and even though she isn't an employee she feels like part of the team. Ania's hard work, patience and warmth are greatly appreciated. 

Cat

Mental Health Worker

Cat joined us in 2024​. Cat has experience in supporting people with eating disorders and offering bereavement support.
